These trails are a lot of fun. Around 14 miles of mostly single track and some fire roads. Not too techicnal or hilly. Check out this link for a map. http://host.fptoday.com/hrbc/hrbc/AEDC_ ... _Trail.asp

I have a map somewhere (though it is not the best map it will work). I rode saturday as well with a friend and we had a blast. They have changed it a bit and made the markings easirt to read. Now they have a Blue, Purple, and red trail as well as the interlocking white trails. There is a big map at the parking area and I'd love to get a copy of that as well. If yo need a copy of the map, I'm sure I can get some copies made. Just e-mail me sometime and I'll try to get one out to you. Wyldlander@yahoo.com

Trail Description
Mountain biking is allowed on designated trails within the 1000 acre mountain bike area on AEDC property. This area, located just north of Northshore Road, near the AEDC FAMCAMP, consists of approximately 13 miles of existing trails. To provide trail users with as much opportunity as possible, the mountain bike area will be closed to small-game hunting. However, mountain bike access will be prohibited during all scheduled AEDC Wildlife Management Area big-game hunting dates. Because Arnold AFB encompasses Camp Forrest, which was an Army training camp from 1940-1946, some areas could contain small arms ammunition, anti-personnel mines, mortars, artillery rounds and other explosives. In the event someone finds a suspicious-looking man-made device or object, they should use extreme caution and do not attempt to move the device and if possible mark the area, then immediately report the find to the AEDC security forces office at (931) 454-5662.
