We had kids from 5 to 15 show up at 5-Points for Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day and everyone left with a big grin on their face. In a move that shows different types of trail users can get along; Wild Trails has given SORBA Chattanooga a $2000 grant to go towards the Raccoon Mountain extension. Wild Trails is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that promotes the use, protection and expansion of trails in the greater Chattanooga area. Sound familiar? Racers from all of the Southeast flocked into Chattanooga on September 29th-30th for the RiverRocks Mountain Bike Challenge. They came…they saw…they…well some conquered; others got conquered.
