Trek Store Hosting Cycling Advocacy Party Benefiting SORBA-Chattanooga’s Raccoon Mountain Trail Fund

The Chattanooga Trek Store will be hosting its 2010  Spring Classic on March 16, 2010, with all activities open to the general public.

The Spring Classic will start at  1 p.m. with a factory demo on Raccoon Mountain, providing opportunities for the general public test ride the latest and greatest Trek and Gary Fisher,  has to offer.

The activities will continue with a Bicycle Industry and Cycling Advocacy Party at the Chattanooga Trek Store, located at 313 Manufacturers Road #119, Chattanooga, TN 37405 at 7 pm and last until 10 pm.   The free event will feature door prizes,  food, beer (provided by the Terminal Brewhouse) and fun.

SORBA-Chattanooga will be on hand to provide mountain bike advocacy information, including information about on-going trail work projects and how the general public can get more involved.

The Trek Store will be selling limited edition pint glasses with proceeds going to the SORBA-Chattanooga’s Raccoon Mountain trail expansion fund.  These glasses can be purchased at the event for a small donation of $10.  Please come out and show your support the local cycling community by purchasing a pint glass!!
